TETRA Awarded Contractor Safety Award
Earlier this year, EnCana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. recognized our Production Testing Services crew with their Contractor Safety Award. The award was presented to acknowledge TETRA’s outstanding past year’s safety performance on EnCana’s Deep Bossier Development (natural gas field).  TETRA’s senior management and Palestine field personnel were on hand to accept this prestigious award from members of EnCana’s senior management. This is the first time EnCana has honored one of their contractor’s in the Texas-Oklahoma region for being a model contractor. EnCana intends for this award to set the standard for other contractors in the future. TETRA has worked for EnCana for the past two years with no lost time accidents.
EnCana presented this quarterly award to TETRA for recognition of our excellence in service, safety, and shared commitment to their Environmental Health & Safety Management System. EnCana is a leading North American unconventional natural gas and integrated oilsands company. Deep Bossier wells are 15,000 to 20,000 feet deep and intersect shale and sandstone formations that range between 2,000 and 3,000 feet thick.
